Terms & Conditions

General:

• These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the L'Etape Dubai Family Day Competitions ("Competitions") organized by Škoda Middle East ("Škoda").
• By participating in the Competitions, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
• Škoda Middle East reserves the right to modify or amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility:

• The Competitions are open to residents of the United Arab Emirates.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Škoda, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

L’Etape Family Day Competition:

Follow @Skoda_ME and @LetapeDubai on Instagram.

Tag the person you wish to attend the L'Etape Dubai Family Day with in the comments section of the designated Instagram post.

Share the Instagram post to your Instagram Story, tagging @Skoda_ME and @LetapeDubai, and using the designated hashtag(s).

L'Etape Dubai Competition:

Follow @Skoda_ME on Instagram.

Tag your cycling buddy in the comments section of the designated Instagram post.

Share the Instagram post to your Instagram Story, tagging @Skoda_ME, @LetapeDubai, and using the designated hashtag(s).

Prizes:

Instagram Competition:

3 winners will receive:

• 3 family tickets for 4 people to the L'Etape Dubai Family Day, including access to the Family Ride and Kids Race.
• A family gift hamper from Škoda.

L'Etape Dubai Competition:

10 winners will receive:

• Free entry to the L'Etape Dubai Race.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and address.

Prize Acceptance:

Winners are responsible for any and all taxes or other costs associated with the prize.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Škoda reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Data Privacy:

Participant information collected during the Competitions will be used by Škoda Middle East in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Release of Liability:

By participating in the Competitions, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Škoda Middle East, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation2 in the Competitions or the use of any prize.

Governing Law:

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disclaimer:

Škoda Middle East reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competitions at any time without prior notice.

Škoda Middle East shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with the proper conduct of the Competitions.
