Every new Škoda comes with manufacturer warranty coverage designed to protect you against defects and give you confidence in ownership. It covers manufacturing and material defects, with repairs and replacements handled by authorised Škoda experts using genuine parts.
Warranty periods
- 5-year New Vehicle Warranty (150,000 km) covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- 3-year Paint Warranty
- 12-year Body Corrosion (Perforation) Warranty (6 years for Kushaq) covering rust from the inside out
- Valid at authorised Škoda service partners across the GCC
What’s not covered
Scheduled maintenance and normal wear items; tyres and batteries (covered separately); cosmetic issues, noise or vibration not caused by defects; damage from accidents, misuse, neglect or environmental factors; towing and incidental expenses; and repairs carried out using non-genuine parts or unauthorised modifications.
What’s not included:
Repairs due to accidents, misuse, negligence or non-approved modifications; damage outside normal wear and tear; tyres and wheels; glass, mirrors and lighting damage; towing; cleaning and detailing; navigation/map updates; fluids such as fuel or AdBlue; roadside assistance; and work carried out outside authorised Škoda service centres.
Services must be performed in line with the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. Any work outside the package will be charged separately. While the service package is available in every country where Škoda operates, coverage does not apply across borders.
Important conditions
Vehicles must be maintained in line with the manufacturer’s service schedule, with proof of maintenance available. Use of non-genuine parts, accessories or modifications may affect warranty validity.
